2. Instructions of operation steps

 

1) the hooves should be ironed with hot water in other containers at least 5 minutes in advance

 

2) turn on the power, preheat the machine, open the top cover of the cylinder, put the ox's head and feet into the cylinder, turn on the steam to heat and inject the cold water into the cylinder. The injection of cold water through the temperature control switch is heated to 60-75 â„?/FONT>.

 

3) the cylinder speed is adjusted by frequency conversion speed regulation for depilation. The cow's hooves are rubbed against the stainless steel concave and convex surface at the bottom, while the friction with the surrounding abrasive surface and the cow's head is rubbed against each other to achieve the effect of depilation.

 

4) hot water is continuously injected during the depilation process, and the waste water and the removed wool are continuously discharged from the round hole at the bottom.

 

5) after the depilation, close the steam and water inlet valve. The upper cover is opened by mechanical transmission and the hooves are removed.
