The carcass processing room shall be provided with a track for conveying the carcass to the fresh stock delivery room and a track for converying the carcass to the quick cooling cooling or cooling room.The distance of carcass suspension between fresh sales and delivery shall not exceed 3heads per meter,and the heighe of track surface from the ground shall not be less than 2.5m
